摘　　要：知识服务是以用户为中心,面向知识创新与知识应用的一种新型服务,就管理机制建立、服务意识的强化、服务手段的实现,以及馆员队伍的造就等方面,探讨了网络环境下西部高校图书馆实现知识服务的对策。Knowledge service is a new type of service based on user-centric application and knowledge innovation.In the article,the knowledge service of western university library under the network environment was discussed,from establishing management mechanism,strengthening service consciousness,realizing service means and developing the librarian staff.
