摘　　要：对我国政府采购扶持自主创新政策的实施效果进行调查,有助于发现其中存在的问题,改进政策执行的效果。调查结果发现大部分的政府采购单位对采购自主创新产品的意识依然非常淡薄,企业对扶持政策的知晓度依然很低,鉴于此应健全政府采购自主创新产品的监管机制,建立政府采购自主创新产品的绩效评价和奖惩制度,扩大政府采购的主体范围,在自主创新产品的实际使用者和开发机构之间建立良好的互动机制。Investigating the implementation of government procurement policy supporting independent innovation is helpful to find out the existing flaws and improve the effect of policies.The investigation shows that many government procurement staff are indifferent to supporting independent innovation,and the awareness of relevant policies of enterprises is slow.To solve these problems,supervision mechanism should be set up,performance evaluation and rewards and punishments rules should be built,the bound of government procurement should be enlarged,and interaction mechanism between users and developers of independent innovation should be established.
