四药联用治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的明确地奥司明片、金玄痔科熏洗散、马应龙麝香痔疮膏及麝香痔疮栓联合应用治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效,寻求更好的治疗方案。方法对接受地奥司明片、金玄痔科熏洗散、马应龙麝香痔疮膏及麝香痔疮栓联合用药治疗的113例Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔患者进行治疗前血、肿物脱出、肛门坠胀不适等症状体征的统计,治疗后进行观察、随访,并对比分析治疗前后症状改善情况,以明确治疗效果。结果 113例患者通过该法治疗后,各种临床症状基本消除,尤其在便血方面疗效更为显著。结论对于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期内痔采用地奥司明片、金玄痔科熏洗散、马应龙麝香痔疮膏及麝香痔疮栓联合应用的治疗方法,能取得满意的临床疗效。Objective To determine the clinical efficacy on hemorrhoids at Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages treated with 4-in-1 allied therapy of diosmin,jinxuan zhike xunxisan,mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao and shexiang zhichuang shuan so as to search for a better treatment program.Methods 113 cases of hemorrhoids at Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages accepted the allied therapy of diosmin,jinxuan zhike xunxisan,mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao and shexiang zhichuang shuan.The symptoms and physical signs such as hemafecia,protruded piles and bearing-down,distention discomforts of the anus were recorded before treatment.After treatment,the improvements in the symptoms were observed in follow-up and the comparison was performed before and after treatment so as to determine the therapeutic effect.Results After the treatment,the clinical symptoms were removed basically for all 113 cases.The efficacy was especially significant on hemafecia.Conclusion The conservative treatment program with the allied application of diosmin,jinxuan zhike xunxisan,mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao and shexiang zhichuang shuan has the satisfactory clinical effect on hemorrhoids at Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages.
