益肺方药对慢性支气管炎肺气虚证大鼠TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益肺方药对慢性支气管炎肺气虚证大鼠TNF-α的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法采用改良烟熏法,复制慢性支气管炎肺气虚证SD大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、益肺高剂量组、益肺低剂量组、桂龙咳喘宁胶囊对照组。检测干预前后各组大鼠血清及肺组织中TNF-α含量。结果模型组大鼠血清及肺组织中TNF-α含量均较正常组明显升高(P均<0.01)。治疗各组大鼠血清、肺组织中TNF-α含量均较模型组明显降低(P<0.01或0.05);高剂量组与桂龙组血清、肺组织中TNF-α含量均低于低剂量组(P<0.05或0.01),高剂量组与桂龙组比较无显著性差异。结论 TNF-α介导了慢性支气管炎的病理过程,益肺方药可通过调节其含量变化,对慢性支气管炎肺气虚证产生治疗作用。Objective It is to observe the influence of prescription with function of benefit lung on tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） changes of chronic bronchitis rats with syndrome of insufficiency of lung-QI and to approach the mechanism of action.Methods The models of chronic bronchitis rats with syndrome of insufficiency of lung-QI were duplicated with the method of improved smoking.The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,high-dosage group with invigorating vital energy,lower-dosage group with invigorating vital energy and control group with Guilongkechuanning capsule.The contents of TNF-α in serum and lung tissue of each group before and after treatment were detected.Results The TNF-α contents had increased notably（P0.01） in model group compared with that in normal group,and decreased obviously in each treatment group compared with that in model group（P0.01 or 0.05）.The TNF-α contents in high-dosage group with invigorating vital energy and control group were lower than that in lower-dosage group with invigorating vital energy（P0.05 or 0.01）.However,there was no significant difference of TNF-α contents between high-dosage group with invigorating vital energy and control group.Conclusion TNF-α mediate the process of chronic bronchitis,and the prescription with function of invigorating vital energy can treat chronic bronchitis with syndrome of insufficiency of lung-QI through regulating contents of TNF-α.
