摘　　要：重庆市各区县环境质量报告书具有报送及时、内容全面,编辑和印刷质量比较高的特点,但也存在评价结果可比性差、时空变化对比分析描述混乱、污染源分析和环境质量分析脱节、建议措施空泛的问题。介绍了《重庆市环境质量报告书编写技术导则(暂行)》的主要内容。该导则的出台将有利于提高环境质量报告书的编写质量,但该导则仍有不完善的地方,针对这些不完善,提出了一些相关建议。It is presented that environmental quality reports from districts in Chongqing are good at reporting in time, comprehensive content and high compilation and print quality, but also have some problems including incomparability of consequence, description of changes and contrasts confusion, irrelevance between pollution analysis and environmental quality analysis and airy-fairy proposals and measures in this paper. Primary coverage of Technical Guide Rule of Environmental Quality Report Compilation in Chongqing（Temporary） was introduced. This Guide Rule would be improve the quality of environmental quality report compilation, but it was still deficient. Aiming at the deficiency, some advices were made.
