摘  要:首先根据传统方法设计了一台永磁同步发电机,然后通过对其等效磁路的分析进行空载气隙磁密和漏磁系数的解析计算,最后再利用场路耦合时步有限元法对所设计电机分别进行空载和额定负载时瞬态磁场的分析和空载时气隙磁密及漏磁系数计算值的验证。结果表明,所设计电机磁场分布合理,各项指标均达到设计要求,且气隙磁密及空载漏磁系数的解析值和有限元计算值也吻合得较好,证明了分析和设计的有效性。A permanent magnet synchronous generator was designed based on the traditional method. And then with the analysis of the equivalent magnetic circuit, the air gap flux density and the flux leakage coefficient at no load were analytically calculated. Finally the circuit-field coupled time-stepping finite-element method was used to analyzed the transient magnetic field at no load and at rating load and to verify the calculation results of the air gap flux density and flux leakage coefficient at no load. Results show that the proposed magnetic field distribution is reasonable with various indexes arriving at the requirement, and that the analytical values meetr the simulation ones. It proves the validity of the analysis and the design.
