摘  要:针对二维运动控制器轨迹跟随的准确性要求,提出了基于工控单片机SPMC75F2413A控制二维步进电动机协调运动,实现以设定斜率跟随设定轨迹的方法。利用定时计数频率分段处理提高定时精度。采用实时位置显示和速度检测提高系统监控性能。经实验证明该设计有效提高了控制系统轨迹跟随的准确性和监控性能。To meet the requirement of following trajectory accurately for two-dimenslonal controller, a method was given to coordinate two-dimensional stepping motors by MCU SPMC75F2413A to operate on setting shape and trajectory. The timing countfreqnency of timer was subsectionally processed to improve timing accuracy and avoid loading value overflow and the system monitoring performance was improved by real- time location and speed display. Experiments show that those methods can improve the trajectory following and monitoring performance of the two-dimensional controller.
