摘　　要：由于每个地方的自然地理环境、经济发展水平、历史文化底蕴、传统民俗等不同,所以对宜居社区规划设计的理解不能片面,一概而论,而要多层面、综合地研究考虑。从目前社区规划设计存在的问题、现代宜居社区规划设计总体趋势、现代宜居社区空间景观规划设计、现代宜居社区建筑设计等几方面对宜居社区规划设计进行了探讨。Because every place differs in natural geographical environment, economic development, historical cultural deposits, and traditional folk customs, the understanding to the planning and design of livable communities cannot be one-sided or treated as the same but should be studied and considered comprehensively from multiple aspects. This article probes into the planning and design of livable communities in existing problems of community planning and design, overall trend of the planning and design of modern livable communities, the planning and design of space landscape of modem livable communities, and architectural design of modem livable communities.
