摘　　要：以姑溪山水小区规划设计为例,通过深入分析项目特点,从功能结构、动线交通、绿化景观、建筑户型等方面对现代居住小区规划设计进行了探讨。Taking the planning and design of Guxi Landscape Housing Estate as an example, this article probes into the planning and design of modem housing estates from functional structure, moving lines and traffic, landscape, and housing type by deep analysis of the characteristics of the project.
