摘  要:介绍了一种热塑性环氧树脂——聚胺醚,研究了氯化锂(LiCl)的质量分数、聚胺醚质量分数等工艺参数对静电纺聚胺醚纳米纤维形貌和纤维直径的影响.通过对扫描电镜图(SEM)和纤维直径的分析,可以得出:LiCl使聚胺醚具有可纺性,且随着LiCl加入量的增加,可纺性得到提高,纤维直径随着LiCl质量分数增加而增大;热失重分析(TGA)表明聚胺醚纳米纤维的热稳定性随着LiCl质量分数的增加而提高;聚胺醚纳米纤维具有良好的表面浸润性.Electrospinning of thermoplastic epoxy resin—poly(hydroxyaminoether) was described.The effects of LiCl content,solution concentration of poly(hydroxyaminoether) on fiber morphology and diameter were investigated.The morphology of the fiber was observed by scanning electron miscroscope(SEM) and the fiber diameters were analyzed.Poly(hydroxyaminoether) had spinnability when LiCl was added in solution,and the spinnability of poly(hydroxyaminoether) increased with increasing LiCl contents.The fiber diameter increased with increasing LiCl contents.Thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA) indicated that thermal properties of the poly(hydroxyaminoether) nanofiber improved with increasing LiCl contents.Moreover,the nanofibers had an excellent wettability.
