摘 要:为改善涤纶及涤棉纱的吸湿性能,通过改变处理时间、放电功率、气体流量和气体组分,研究常压等离子体处理对纱线芯吸高度、接触角和化学组成的影响.结果表明,常压等离子体的处理时间对纱线芯吸高度的影响最大,放电功率和气体流量作用范围较小,而纯氩气的处理效果最佳.从纱线接触角测试和红外光谱分析中看出,纱线本身的亲水性能提高及其表面的氧元素有所增加,从而表明,经过常压等离子体处理的涤纶及涤棉纱获得了较好的吸湿性能.Four main factors of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment were selected to study the moisture absorption of polyester and T/C yarns,which were treatment time,discharge power,gas flow rate and gas components.The effect of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment on wicking height,contact angle and chemical compositions of yarns was studied.The results showed that treatment time had the most important influence on wicking height,and it was followed by discharge power and gas flow rate in the effects.Wicking height of yarns with Ar plasma treatment was the best.What's more,hydrophilicity and oxygen elements on the surface of the plasma-treated yarns were improved.Therefore,satisfying moisture absorption of polyester and T/C yarns with atmospheric pressure plasma treatment was gained.
