摘 要:以大肠杆菌(8099)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)和白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)为代表菌株,以棉纤维为对照材料,参照我国纺织品测试标准GB/T 20944.3—2008,采用振荡法测试并比较了竹纤维、黄麻、亚麻和苎麻纤维以及竹浆粘胶纤维的抑菌率,研究结果表明:苎麻纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑菌效果;竹浆粘胶纤维不利于细菌的生长和繁殖;竹原纤维不具有天然抗菌性,并通过不同形态竹材的抗菌性实验对此结论进行了验证。The natural anti-bacterial properties of bamboo fiber and other fibers for textile, such as jute fiber, flax fiber, ramie fiber and regenerated bamboo fiber, were tested by the method of dynamic test based on GB/T 20944.3--2008. Cotton fiber was used as a comparison and the bacteria used in the test were Escherichia coli (8099), Staphylococcus auresu (ATCC 6538 ) and Candida albican (ATCC 10231 ). The results showed that the ramie fiber had some bacteriostatic effect for Staphylococeus auresu( ATCC 6538 ) , the regenerated bamboo fiber inhibited the growth and reproduction of the bacteria, but the bamboo fiber had no bacteriostatic effect. The tests of anti-bacterial properties for different bamboo materials were verified.
