摘  要:为解决纯棉特细紧密纱双绉织物在织造过程中容易退捻扭结的问题,对强捻纱在织前准备工序采取了各项技术措施。为保证强捻纱定形良好,蒸纱定形温度控制在95℃以上,时间为60min;整经张力偏大控制,车速宜慢;浆纱工序采用"中浓低黏、中压力、重浸透、求被覆、双浆槽、适当降低上浆率、少用或不用PVA"的工艺路线,对各区张力、浆槽温度及压浆辊压力合理配置;喷气织造时,合理调节上机张力、开口工艺、引纬工艺等参数。通过采取以上有效措施,减少了强捻纱易扭结所造成的疵点,使织机效率达到95%。In order to solve the problem of the untwist and kink of high count-hard S twist compact spinning yarn during the production process, various teehnieal measures in weaving preparation processes were taken. To guarantee the good setting effect of the hard S twist yarn, the steam temperature should be above 95℃, time should be 60 min; warping tension required bigger, speed should be slow; sizing proeess adopted the processing route of "medium consistency ,lower viseosity, middle pressure, heavier imbue, better coating, double plasm trough, lighter sizing, using fewer or no PVA", the tension, temperature of plasm trough and grouting roller pressure should be allocated reasonably. And the loom tension, shed processing and weft insertion processing should be adjusted reasonably. By doing so, the defects caused by untwist and kink of hard S twist yarn were reduced, and the weaving efficiency reached 95%.
