摘　　要：介绍了全棉色织提花磨毛织物的设计过程,并对其生产过程中出现的经纱下沉、横档问题提出了解决措施。在剑杆织机上织造时,为避免提花部位有停经片下沉现象,应采用双织轴织造。The design of pure cotton yam dyed jacquard grinding headwear is introduced, and the solution to problem of the warp sinking and rundle is put forward. When producing pure cotton yarn dyed jacquard grinding headwear, double shaft weaving should be taken.
