摘　　要：医药卫生行业对医用纺织品的需求不仅是数量的需求,更重要的是对高品质、高性能医用纺织品的需求。主要介绍了多层复合针织新型医用敷料的设计与开发方向,以及在敷料延伸性、舒适性和吸水量方面的性能改善状况,从而弥补了传统敷料的缺陷,为医用纺织敷料提供了性能更优的新品。The requirements of medical textiles in health and pharmacy industry not only focus on the number, but also the high quality and performance. The design and development of medical dressings based on multiply composites knitting fabrics were introduced, and the improvement of extensibility, comfortable and water absorption of the dressing were also studied. Thus it can remedy the defects of the traditional products, and provide us new product with better performance.
