摘  要:目的比较艾灸刺激督脉命门穴及其旁非经对照点时经与非经部位传热特性的异同。方法选择10名健康志愿者,用无烟艾条加热督脉线上的命门穴与旁开非经非穴位点,利用红外热成像系统采集背部图像,同体对照观察二者加热时皮温扩散的特点。结果①3名男性受试者在自然状态下可以观察到与督脉路线一致的循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM),艾灸命门穴后该轨迹变得更加规整连续,且IRRTM强度增加;艾灸同体对照点时,皮温扩展没有方向性,未能在某个方向形成一条相对完整的红外辐射轨迹;②6名受试者在自然状态下,督脉线上的IRRTM不清晰,模糊或断续不连贯,艾灸命门穴后可诱发出沿督脉路线通达全程或2/3程以上连续IRRTM。艾灸同体对照点,5名受试者的表现与结果①相一致,但其中1名受试者加热后皮温传导轨迹先斜向左上,继而循膀胱经垂直向上传导达膀胱经全程;③1名受试者艾灸命门穴及旁开非经非穴对照点后,二者的皮温扩展无明显改变。结论艾灸督脉线上命门穴可以诱发出与古典督脉路线完全一致的的IR-RTM,效果明显,在非经对照点艾灸,皮温是以加热点为中心沿四周扩展,没有方向性,经脉线上导热性能优于非经部位。Objective To observe the difference of heat transmission between the Governor Vessel (GV) and its bilateral control points stimulated by moxibustion. Methods 10 healthy volunteers were recruited in the present study, and Mingmen (GV4) and its bilateral control points were heated by smokeless moxa stick. The image over the back of these subjects was recorded by infrared thermal imaging system, and the characteristics of heat transmission were explored. Results Infrared radiant tracks along meridian (IRRTM) were displayed over the body surface of 3 male subjects, and the course was consistent with that of GV. Moxibustion on GV4 induced infrared radiant track to be more continuous, clear and regular. Moxibustion on bilateral control points did not induce integral track in a certain direction, and the heat transmission has no orientation. IRRTM of GV, which were ambiguous or intermittent were observed on 6 subjects' backs in normal condition, and moxibustion on GV4 induced IRRTM of GV to full length or more than 2/3. But moxibustion on bilateral control points did not induce integral track in a certain direction for 5 subjects, and heating the points on 1 subjects induced heat to transmit first upper left and then along the bladder meridian to full length. Neither moxibustion on GV4 nor bilateral control points could induce significant variation of heat transmission for one subject. Conclusion Moxibustion on GV4 can induce IRRTM, and the course was consistent with that of classical GV. However, during moxibustion on bilateral control points, the change of temperature was confined to the local area, with no definite direction, and the thermal conductivity of meridian is better than that of non-meridian.
