枳术宽中胶囊治疗餐后不适综合征型功能性消化不良60例

摘　　要：目的观察枳术宽中胶囊治疗餐后不适综合征(PDS)型功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例PDS患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用枳术宽中胶囊治疗,对照组30例采用多潘立酮治疗,疗程均为3周。结果有效率治疗组为70%,对照组为44.3%,2组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枳术宽中胶囊治疗PDS型功能性消化不良疗效较好。Objective To observe the effect of Zhizhukuanzhong capsules on functional dyspepsia of postprandial distress syndrome （PDS-FD）. Methods 60 PDS-FD patients were assigned to two groups, the treatment group （n=30） was treated with Zhizhukuanzhong capsules for 3 weeks, and the control group （n=30） with Domperidone. Results The effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 70%, 44.3% respectively, and the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhizhukuanzhong capsules has favourable effects for the treatment of PDS-FD.
