摘　　要："十一五"期间区域经济发展差距扩大的趋势有所减缓,但区域非均衡发展格局仍然未变,区域经济运行存在一些突出问题。"十二五"期间,要建立健全规范化的区域政策体系,注重区域政策的可操作,重视区域自我发展能力的培育,扶持问题区域发展,构建良好的区域利益协调机制。It can be found that the increasing trend of east-middle-west-northeast four regional development disparities has been reduced in the ＂Eleventh Five-year＂.But space pattern of disequilibrium development is the same as ever.And there are still some outstanding difficulties and problems in the regional economy.During the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ Plan period,a regional policy system should be established on the basis of normalization of regional policies to make the regional policies more clearly oriented,solve the key problem,enhance the self-development capability of the regions,give aids to problem areas,and to set up a sound coordination mechanism.
