中药贴片用ESIS热熔压敏胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以ESIS(环氧化苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)为基体树脂、环氧大豆油为增塑剂和高度氢化松香为增黏树脂,制备出一种ESIS型HMPSA(热熔压敏胶)。以ESIS、增塑剂和增黏树脂用量作为试验因素,HMPSA的初粘力、剥离强度和持粘力作为考核指标,采用正交试验和载药量试验法优选出制备中药贴片用ESIS型HMPSA的最佳配方。结果表明:当m(ESIS)∶m(环氧大豆油)∶m(高度氢化松香)∶m(抗氧剂1010)=100∶80∶100∶1.4时,ESIS型HMPSA的综合性能满足中药贴片的使用要求,并且其最大载药量(34%)和水蒸气透过率[1.297 g/(m2.d)]均高于同类产品(医用SIS型压敏胶和传统天然橡胶膏)。With ESIS（epoxidized styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer） as matrix resin,epoxy soybean oil as plasticizer, and highly hydrogenated rosin as tackifying resin, an ESIS-HMPSA （hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive） was prepared. With ESIS,plasticizer and taekifying resin contents as experiment factors,the initial tack, peeling strength and holding tack of HMPSA as evaluating index,the optimal formula of preparing ESIS-HMPSA for Chinese traditional medicine-PSA patch was preferred by orthogonal experiment and drug-loading contents experiment methods. The results showed that the combination property of ESIS-HMPSA could meet the application requirement of Chinese traditional medicine-PSA patch because the maximum drug-loading contents（34%）and water vapor transmission[1.297g/（m^2· d）] of ESIS-HMPSA were more than those of the congeneric products（such as the medical SIS type pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and traditional natural rubber sheet） when the mass ratios of m（ESIS）：rn（epoxy soybean oil）：m（highty hydrogenated rosin）：m（antioxidant 1010） were 100：80：100：1.4.
