乒乓球拍用水性胶粘剂的制备与应用研究

摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、醋酸乙烯(VAc)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为复合交联剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了乒乓球拍用醋丙乳液胶粘剂。通过单因素试验法优选出制备醋丙乳液胶粘剂的较佳工艺条件。结果表明:当m(OP-10)∶m(SDS)=3∶1且w(复合乳化剂)=3%、m(DVB)∶m(EGDMA)=1∶2、m(MMA)∶m(VAc)=20∶10、m(BA)∶m(VAc)=50∶20和w(KPS)=0.5%时,醋丙乳液胶粘剂的综合性能相对较好,并且完全满足乒乓球拍的使用要求。With methyl methacrylate （MMA）, vinyl acetate （VAc） and butyl acrylate （BA） as comonomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate（EGDMA） and divinylhenzene（DVB） as composite cross linker,sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether （OP- 10） as composite emulsifier, potassium persulfate （KPS） as initiator,a VAc-acrylate emulsion adhesive for table tennis ba! was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The better process conditions of preparing the VAc：-acrylate emulsion adhesive were preferred by single factor experiment. The results showed that the VAc-acrylate emulsion adhesive had relatively better combination property and could all meet application requirements for table tennis bat when the mass ratio of m（OP-10）：m（SDS） was 3：1 and the mass fraction of composite emulsifier was 3% ,the mass fraction of KPS was 0.5% ,the mass ratio of m（DVB）：m（EGDMA） was l：2,the mass ratio of m（MMA）：m（VAc） was 20：10 and the mass ratio of m（BA）：m（VAc） was 50：20.
