摘　　要：设计一种改进型的螺杆挤出磨料成形机。在螺杆机的挤出端,设置同样截面形状和尺寸的双出口模具,增设一组切断气缸及相应的行程开关,配合电气控制系统,实现加工要求的逻辑关系,使工作效率提高一倍。A kind of improved screw extrude figuration machine of grind material was designed.At the extrude end of screw machine,two export moulds with same section shape and size were set up,a set of pneumatic equipment for cutting off and corresponding stroke switch were added.Cooperating electric control system,logic relation demanded by processing was realized.Work efficiency is heightened 1 time.
