摘  要:为了提高平带的传动效率、降低自身能耗并延长其使用寿命,分析了新型高效聚酯平带的结构,重点阐述了其高速传动中的受力状况、应力状况、运动特性及其摩擦性能;应用实践表明:高速平带研发时应采用高新技术功能材料,带体应向强、薄、轻、柔方向发展,橡胶层须具有适度的弹性和优异的摩擦驱动性能,才能降低传动过程中离心力、弯曲应力和弹性滑动带来的能耗以及对带体的损伤,提高带体对带轮的包覆、驱动性能,达到高效传动、节电、降噪并满足机械装备高速高效发展的传动要求。In order tO upgrade the drive effiency with lower enenrgy cost for longer service life of the belt, analysis is done to structure of the new energy economy flat belt. Highlight is given to the belt as to the loading condition and loading exertion, movement property as well as the friction performance. Application shows that developing high speed flat belt should be new functional material oriented and the base material should be of strength, thinness, lightness, flexibility. The rubber layer should be of proper flexibility and good friction drive performance so that centrifugal force, bending tension, energy loss caused by flex sliding and the damage to the belt body be reduced, consequently upgrading the wrapping performance, driving performance of the belt to the wheel, so to cater the requirement of the hi-speed and hi-effiency drive of the mechanical equipments.
