摘 要:与传统正向供应链相比,处于闭环供应链中的制造商将对消费阶段后的废弃产品进行回收再处理,从而形成一种制造与再制造并存的混合模式,导致供应链系统复杂化.本文利用控制理论对一个供应商和一个制造商构成的两级闭环供应链系统进行建模与仿真研究,着重分析确定性需求和再制造环境下系统的动态行为和运作绩效.研究结果表明,再制造活动会对上游供应商带来较为显著的负面影响.从运作层面看,再制造活动会使供应商的生产和库存出现较大幅度的波动,其波动程度要明显大于制造商本身;从经济收益看,再制造活动使制造商获益的同时却使上游供应商蒙受损失,当制造商获得的额外收益不足以弥补供应商损失时,将导致供应链整体收益变差.Different from a traditional supply chain,the manufacturer in a closed-loop supply chain will takeback and recycle or reuse the discarded products after their consumption.This leads to a hybrid systemcombining manufacturing and remanufacturing,which makes the supply chain system more complex than ever.This paper uses control theory to develop models and make simulations on a two-level closed-loop supplychain system with one supplier and one manufacturer;and particularly analyzes the system's dynamic behaviorand operation performance under the situations of deterministic demands and returns.The results show that theremanufacturing activities have significant negative influence on supplier.From the perspective of operation,the supplier suffers greater fluctuation on his production and inventory due to the remanufacturing activities;and the extent of this fluctuation is bigger than that of the manufacturer.As for the economic value,theremanufacturing activities will increase the manufacturer's profits at the expense of the supplier'profits.When the extra gain from remanufacturing does not make up the supplier's loss,the performance of the whole supplychain system becomes worse.
