摘  要:采用NSKC-1D离心式光透仪研究了纳米TiO2粉体的粒径及其分布.研究结果表明超声波最佳分散时间为10~20min,选用50%水+50%乙醇作为分散介质,以0.02%~0.08%的六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂,样品测定效果最佳,粒度分布符合正态分布规律;同时进行了11次平行实验,D50值的极差小于20nm。该方法准确、可靠、简便、快速。The particle size and distribution of nano-TiO2 powder were measured by NSKC-1D centrifugal photosedimeter.The effects of ultrasonic time,dispersive medium,and dispersant and its concentration on the measurement were investigated,and the best measurement conditions were established: ultrasonic time: 10~20min,dispersive medium: 50% water+50% ethanol;dispersant: 0.02%~0.08% sodium polyphosphate.The distribution of particle size is in agreement with normal distribution.The range of D50 value for 11 parallel tests is less than 20nm.The particle diameters obtained by this method are similar with those obtained by TEM,suggesting that this method is accurate and reliable.
