摘  要:提出了一种基于美国ABB公司的Symphony DCS单元火电机组能耗特性的在线计算方法。以BRC300作为运算控制器,从DCS中在线获取机组运行状态参数,编写C语言程序嵌入Symphony DCS中;运用等效焓降法、反平衡法对机组状态进行分析,计算得到单元机组能耗特性。将计算结果与电厂实际热力试验结果进行对比,热耗率的相对误差为0.5%,锅炉效率的相对误差为0.42%,表明该在线计算方法可行。An on-line energy consumption calculation method for thermal power units has been put forward on the basis of symphony system from ABB Corporation in USA.Taking BRC 300 as the operational controller,the runing parameters of units are obtained on-line from the DCS,to compile the C language programm,and being embedded in Symphony DCS;by using the equivalent enthalpy reduction method and anti-balance method,the running situation of units has been analysed,and the energy consumption characteristics of units being calculated and obtained.The results of calculation are compared with the practical results of thermal tests,the relative error of specific heat consuption is 0.5%,and the relative error of boiler efficiency is 0.42%,it shows the feasibility of this on-line calculation method.
