摘 要:详细介绍了利用柱透镜准直的激光标线原理。激光标线仪的主要性能指标之一激光线的弯曲度,对激光标线的弯曲度误差作了分析,得出了激光光源和柱透镜的位置关系是影响弯曲度主要因素。为保证圆柱透镜和投射激光束的位置关系在正透镜调整圈端部设计一个定位柱面,和镜筒内孔的圆柱面相配合,保证了正透镜调整圈和镜筒的同轴度,一般的结构是镜调整圈和镜筒直接螺纹联结。将电路板上的槽和固定盖内孔中的内齿相配,消除了激光器三个支角固定电路板导致支角损坏的隐患。The principle of cross line laser by cylindrical lens collimating is introduced in detail in this paper.One of the main properties is its bend degree,and the bend degree error of cross line laser is analyzed.The main factor of influence on bend degree is the location of laser between cylindrical lenses.To guarantee the location of cylindrical lens between emitting laser beam,an orientation cylindrical face is designed on the end of convex lens adjusting ring to match with the inner hole of lens barrel.So the coaxialities is guaranteed,while general structure is direct connection between them.The groove of circuit wafer mating with the inner teeth of fixed cover eliminates the hidden damage danger of laser beam's three supports fixing circuit wafer.
