摘　　要：目的:在医院各护理单元实现护理病历采集与利用信息化,以实现临床护理工作质量与效率的提升。方法:利用与HIS相同的数据库平台及软件开发工具,开发出系统原型,并在临床实际应用中不断完善。结果:建立了全院级护理电子病历系统,实现了护理记录文书的信息化。结论:通过信息技术与护理管理的结合,建立适合临床实际工作需要的护理电子病历系统,可显著提升临床护理工作质量与效率。Objective To realize the informationization of nursing record gathering and use in the hospital each nursing unit in order to promote the clinical nursing work quality and the efficiency.Methods With using the same database platform and software development tool of HIS,the system prototype was developed and consummated unceasingly in the clinical practical application.Results Electronic nursing record system was established in entire hospital,the clinical nursing work quality and the efficiency was promoted.Conclusion Through the information technology and the nursing management＇s union,the establishment of electronic nursing record system which the clinical practical work needs can promote the clinical nursing work quality and efficiency obviously.
