摘　　要：目的:通过对医院信息系统再造的实践研究,全面提升医院信息系统的功能。方法:利用信息技术对现有流程进行重组,减少环节、解除瓶颈,构建方便、快捷、优质、高效、低耗的全新流程。结果:系统流程得到明显优化,提高了工作效率和患者满意度。结论:系统再造本着"整体规划分步实施",满足"一个中心、两个保障、三个平台、十大应用系统"的原则,打破常规,创新诊疗模式,为军队、社会提供快速、有效及高品质的医疗服务。Objective To enhance the system functions roundly through studying of HIS reengineering.Methods The existing process was restructured by information technology.The new process that was convenient,high quality,high efficient and low consumptive was built through reducing the links and getting rid of bottleneck.Results The process of system was optimized,which improved efficiency and patients＇ satisfaction.Conclusion The system reengineering is based on the principle of ＂overall planning step by step＂ and ＂one center,two securities,three platforms,ten application systems＂.We dare to break the routine in order to innovative treatment model and provide fast,efficient,high-quality service for soldiers and patients.
