摘　　要：目的:拟定高频电刀临床应用质量检测和风险评估记录表,为进一步建立完整的质量检测和风险评估体系打下基础。方法:通过开展高频电刀性能检测和质量控制等实践工作,拟定一套高频电刀质量检测和风险评估记录表,并对表格中各项检测内容的设置、测量数据的类别以及风险评估的提示和处理方法加以分析和说明。结果:建立了完整的质量检测和风险评估体系。结论:该体系可用于医院对高频电刀购买前评定、验收、维修后检测、定期检查及报废评定,也可对不同品牌高频电刀的质量优劣进行定量判定,对临床应用存在的风险进行定性评估。Objective To carry out clinical performance testing and quality control datasheets of radio knife in order to establish integrated performance testing and quality control system.Methods A set of performance testing and quality control datasheets of radio knife which was established by the medical engineering technologists of our hospital to the readers was studied out by carrying out the practical work about performance testing and quality control of radio knife.The results of quality testing and risk evaluation were materialized in the form of recorded datasheets.Each part of the datasheet,such as the setting of measure content,type of measure data,and method and countermeasure of risk evaluation was analyzed and explained detailedly.Results An integral system about quality testing and risk evaluation of radio knife was established successfully.Conclusion This system not only can be used to evaluate the performance before purchase,maintenance,regular inspection and retirement of radio knife in hospitals,but also on the different brands of radio knife quality determination and assessment of the clinical application risks.This project is an important step to ensure the medical quality and patient safety.
