摘　　要：目的:建立专家督导科主任查房的长效机制,根据医院实际情况选择不同重点,有针对性地发现和解决医疗质量管理中存在的问题,做到逐年医疗质量持续改进。方法:准确选择查房重点,不断修正检查标准细则,通过信息化平台选择病例,专家为主体对口查房督导;综合讲评存在问题,制定改进措施。结果:发现和解决深层次的问题,不断深化质量管理。结论:深化专家组督导科主任查房是促进医院医疗质量持续改进的有效举措。Objective To establish an expert supervision mechanism of ward round of department head,choose the different key points according to the actual situation of hospital,find and solve the problems in medical quality management to achieve the continual improvement.Methods The key points of ward round were chosen accurately and the standard rules were revised.The cases were chosen through the information platform,and the experts supervised the ward round one-for-one.The problems were evaluated comprehensively,and measures for improvement were formulated.Results The problems in depth were found and solved,and the management quality improved.Conclusion Deepening expert supervision of ward round of department head is a effective method to improve the medical quality.
