市场导向视角下高校体育专业学生实践能力的培养

摘　　要：通过查阅文献资料和专家访谈等研究方法对体育专业学生实践能力培养的现状及存在问题进行了论述。以市场为导向的人才培养模式要求:体育专业的人才培养方案的设计要与就业相结合,加大实践实训课程在人才培养方案中的比重,开发更多培养体育专业学生能力的途径,以此提高体育专业学生的实践能力,增强学生在人才需求市场中的竞争力。Having carried out an investigation into the current situation of developing the practical ability of students majoring in physical training and the problems,this paper discusses that the market-oriented personnel training model requires that the design of personnel training program of physical training should be combined with the employment,increase the proportion of practical courses in the program,open up more channels to develop the students＇ ability,thus,the practical ability of students could be improved and the competitiveness in employment market could be enhanced.
