网络体育自组织兴起的社会学意义

摘　　要：体育自组织模式是网友们创建的一种体育与网络相结合的虚拟组织形态,这一非正式组织形态,具有组织成立快捷、成员间流动性大、不以营利为目的等特点。在运用文献资料、深度访谈、数理归纳统计、逻辑对比分析等方法进行分析总结的基础上,认为网络体育组织模式是我国体育类民间实体组织架构的有益补充,是建构和谐社会文化的重要组成部分,其发展面临合法性不足、组织边界模糊、组织效率机制缺乏、安全事故或纠纷较多等问题,需合理倡导和规范。Research purpose is to explore practical significance and theoretical value of sports combined with network as a new form of exercise while the civil society is being constructed.Research methods include documentation,online video,depth interviews,mathematical induction and statistics and logic comparative analysis.Research results can be categorized as follows： First,self-organizations of network sports are beneficial supplements to China＇s Non-Governmental sports organizations.Besides,as a new form of the nation-wide ＂fitness-for-all＂ sports campaign,it can contribute actively to eradicating the problem of internet addiction;Second,self-organizations of network sports reflects the characteristics of grass-roots,popularity and not-for-profit;Third,the development of these organizations still faces many problems such as a lack of legitimacy and efficiency mechanism,the fuzzy boundary between them and frequent occurrences of grave accidents and disputes.
