摘  要:根据我国长输压力管道建设的发展历程及国家经济及石油石化工业的发展,介绍了自动化程度高,焊接质量好,焊材利用充分,设备综合成本低的药芯焊丝自保护下向焊技术,并指明该技术主要应用于重型机械、电力设备、石油化工、交通运输、建筑工程、航天航空等行业,尤其是大口径长输压力管道的焊接。比较了药芯焊丝自保护焊、手工下向焊及CO2气保护下向焊的工程适应性,重点分析了自保护焊工艺规范及操作技能对工程焊接质量的影响。介绍了焊前准备、组对、设备计量及工序控制对焊接质量的影响。According to the developing history of long-distance transmission pressure pipeline construction in China,and the development of national economy and petroleum and petro-chemistry industry,an introduction is given to the self-shielded downward welding technology of fluex-cored wire,which has characteristics like the high degree of automation,the good quality of welding,the full use of welding materials,and the low comprehensive cost of equipment.Then it is pointed out that this technology is mainly applied to the industries of heavy machinery,electric power equipment,petrochemical industry,transportation,architectural engineering,and aerospace and aviation,especially the welding of big-bore long-distance transmission pressure pipelines.The study compares the engineering adaptabilities of self-shielded welding of flux-cored wire,manual downward welding,and down-ward welding under the protection of gas CO2,then mainly analyzes the effect of technological norms and operation techniques of self-shielded welding on the quality of engineering welding,and finally introduces the influence of preparation before welding,fitting up,equipment measurement and working process control on the quality of welding
