摘 要:结合油田修井行业特点和生产实际,在修井作业领域引入六西格玛理念和方法,运用六西格玛DMAIC改进流程来缩短作业周期。通过对影响作业周期的因素界定、测量,针对测量结果对根本性原因进行分析,对关键要因从管理上、技术上、标准化3个方面进行优化、改进和固化,从而缩短作业周期,实现了修井作业"精细、有序、经济"的高效运行目标,收到了良好的效果。According to the characteristics of oilfield well workover profession and production practice,the concept and methods of Six Sigma are introduced into the well workover field,and DMAIC of Six Sigma is also used in improving the procedure so as to shorten the operation cycle.Through the definition and measurement of factors influencing operation cycle,the paper analyzes the fundamental causes according to measuring result,then optimizes,improves and solidifies some key factors from three aspects like management,technology and standardization,and thus shortens the operation cycle.The efficient operation goals of well workover——"fineness,good procedure and economic" are realized,along with getting good effect.
