摘 要:垃圾焚烧处理技术产生的飞灰浓缩了重金属等一些高毒性当量的危险成分,如果处理不当会产生二次污染,因此焚烧飞灰被认为是危险废物,必须进行特殊处理.论文对地聚物固化垃圾焚烧飞灰的工艺及养护条件进行了实验研究,以抗压强度和重金属浸出质量浓度为效果表征量,研究了地聚物固化飞灰的合成配方.结果表明:氧化物配比为m(Na2O)∶m(SiO2)=0.30,m(SiO2):m(Al2O3)=4.7时,飞灰掺量为40%的固化体在养护7天后抗压强度能达到31.25 MPa,固化体中Pb,Zn,Cu和Cr的浸出质量浓度分别达到0.183 8,0.023 1,0.008 1,0.367 9 mg/L.MSWI fly ash concentrates toxic substances such as heavy metals, if treated improperly it would lead to secondary pollution. Therefore, MSWI fly ash is considered as hazardous waste, and need special treatment. The paper describes the research on immobilization of heavy metals in municipal solid wastes incineration (MSWI) fly ash with geopolymer. And the effect of immobilization on different quantities of fly ash is investigated by measuring compressive strength and heavy metal leaching concentration. The results show that the compressive strength of fly ash-geopolymer containing 40% MSWI fly ash reaches 31. 25 MPa after 7d curing, which meets the strength requirements of construction, under the condition that the oxides proportion of rn(Na2O) : rn(SiO2)=0.30, m(SiO2) : re(Al2O3 )= 4.7, and that the leaching concentration of Pb, Zn, Cu and Cr in fly ash-geopolymers is only 0. 183 8,0. 023 1,0. 008 1, 0. 367 9 mg/L respectively.
