摘 要:进行了氯甲烷回收过程水洗塔的动态模拟研究.在工艺机理分析和物料衡算的基础上,建立了水洗塔的动态数学模型,通过对该动态模型的求解,得到了在水洗塔开车过程和气相流量发生阶跃波动时,各塔出口非惰性组分的质量分数随时间变化关系.根据此动态模型还得到了水洗过程气相流量和液相流量的最优操作线.研究工作给氯甲烷回收过程工艺优化和生产过程质量控制提供了重要的参考价值.Dynamic simulation of washing tower in the recovery process of chloromethane was studied.The dynamic model of washing tower was established based on the process analysis and material balance.The results reflect that the concentration of the tower's non-inert component changes with time during both the start-up process of washing tower and the fluctuations driven by the gas flow;And the optimal operating lines for gas and liquid flow in the washing process were obtained.The results can provide a reliable basis for the technologists to analyze the production process and an important reference value for process optimization and control.
