摘  要:汽车轮毂轴承淬火冷却过程,轴承套圈内部温度、组织和应力在短时间内发生了剧烈变化,对于变化过程中温度、组织、应力的定量分析,可借助有限元软件ABAQUS进行.采用顺序耦合热应力法,先进行非线性热传导分析,求出淬火过程各阶段的瞬态温度场、组织场.然后根据求得的瞬态温度场,进行淬火过程的热力耦合分析,求解淬火冷却后的应力场分布.在分析过程中,充分考虑了相变潜热对温度场和相变场的影响.为了验证模拟结果,采用X射线应力测定仪测量了轴承外表面特殊点的残余奥氏体含量和残余应力值,把模拟值和试验结果进行比较,发现模拟值和测量结果比较吻合.During the quenching process of hub bearing,the interior temperature,phase transformation and stress drastically vary in a very short time.It is possible to analyse temperature,phase-transformation and stress variation accurately by finite element software ABAQUS.Using sequentially coupled thermal-stress analysis,a non-linear heat transfer analysis is first carried out.The temperature and phase are timely resolved and stress distribution is obtained on the basis of coupled thermal-stress analysis by means of heat transfer simulation.Latent heat of phase transformation is taken into account of heat transfer analysis.To validate results of simulation,special point residual austenite and stress of bearing surface is measured by the X-ray diffraction method.It is found that after comparison the simulated values of residual austenite and stresses agree well with measuring ones.
