摘 要:结合新庄煤矿22101炮采工作面地质资料和井下实际调研情况,采用单体液压支柱工作面控顶设计方法,从防漏、防压和防推三方面考虑,对工作面正常回采期间和初采期间的控顶距、支柱工作阻力和初撑力等支护参数进行研究,并对工作面支柱的承载特征加以分析。结果表明:在正常回采期间和初采期间,22101炮采工作面应采用"四.三"排支护;应适当提高支柱的初撑力使之达到额定初撑力的80%,选用阻力在400kN以上的支柱以适当降低支柱阻力的利用率。Based on both the geological data of blast-winning face 22101 and underground practical surveys in Xinzhuang Colliery,roof control design method applied to single hydraulic prop mining face was taken.Taking leak-proof,press-proof and push-proof into consideration,support parameters including face width,prop working resistance and setting load during normal coal winning period and early mining period were researched.Moreover,prop load bearing characteristics on working face were analyzed.Results show that blast-winning face 22101 should adopt four rows supporting.The setting load of prop should be improved properly,and it should be reached 80% of rated setting load,besides this,supports with resistance surpassing 400 kN should be used to properly reduce utilization ratio of prop resistance.
