摘 要:针对华兴公司14130工作面回采时遇到的煤尘较大、片帮严重、瓦斯超限等问题,提出了短孔快速注水技术。对注水系统布置、注水工艺流程及注水参数进行了介绍。实践结果证明:打眼注水与掐口放炮工序平行作业,注水钻孔深度为2.3 m,注水压力为10 MPa,单孔注水量为0.65 m3,单孔注水时间11~15 min;该注水技术能有效地减少片帮,防止生产中煤尘超标、瓦斯超限,改善了工人的作业环境,促进了矿井安全生产。Pointing to problems of enormous dust,rib spalling and methane concentration exceeding limit on 14130 working face,The technology of rapid water injection with short boreholes was adopted.Introduced the layout of water injection system,water injection technics process and water injection parameters.The practice results show that this technology could operate paralleling with the procedure of pinching and blasting,and the depth of the water injection borehole was 2.3 m and the water injection pressure was 10 MPa and the water injection quantity for each borehole was about 0.65 m3 and the water injection time of a single borehole was about 11 to 15 minutes.According to the application of water injection technology,the problems of rib spalling and heavy dust and methane concentration exceeding limit were effectively solved,the working environment was improved well,which promoted safety production of mine.
