摘 要:三软煤层巷道支护是长期制约煤矿高效生产的难题。随着红旗一矿煤层开采深度的增加,原有的工字钢梯形棚支护方式已难以适应三软煤层和高地应力条件。在分析三软煤层巷道支护原理的基础上,提出了锚网与工字钢棚联合支护技术。应用结果表明:锚网与工字钢棚支护方式提高了软岩巷道围岩强度和自承能力,有效地提高了巷道围岩稳定性。The difficulty of roadway supporting in three-soft coal seam is an question that has bedeviled high-efficient operation for long.With the gradual increase of the coal seam mining depth in Hongqi Coal Mine,original supporting form of I beam shed could hardly meet the supporting requirement of soft coal and high stress conditions.Based on the analysis on roadway′s supporting theory in three soft coal seam,combined supporting technology using anchor and I beam shed was proposed.Application results show that,combined supporting technology improved the strength of soft rock roadway,self-supporting capacity and the stability of surrounding rock,and provided a guarantee for the mine′s safety.
