摘  要:对气相色谱/质谱联用仪检测牛脏器中邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素(PAEs)的方法进行系统研究和方法检验。结果表明:选用二氯甲烷超声提取20 min,氧化铝-硅胶复合柱净化,用乙酸乙酯洗脱,洗脱速率1.0 mL/min,回收率在85.09%~110.48%之间,标准偏差(RSD)在2.5%~5.0%之间。表明该方法回收率高,RSD变异小,准确可靠。牛心、肝、脾、肺4种脏器中PAEs检测结果表明,所有样品均检测出6种PAEs,其中DnBP和BBP含量较高,说明此类污染物由外环境通过各种途径进入动物体后易蓄积于发生代谢作用的内脏器官中。为了提高食品卫生质量,避免PAEs物质在食用者体内慢性蓄积而对健康造成潜在危害,建议人们不要经常食用这些可能遭受环境激素污染的动物内脏食品。The GC/MS detection was used to investigate the environmental hormone(PAEs) contents of phthalate esters in cow organs.The cow organs samples were extracted with dichloromethane using ultrasonic extraction 20min,and the extract were purificated by Alumina-Silica Gel Column,eluted by Ethyl Acetate at 1.0mL/min,the recovery rate of each PAEs were between 85.09% and 110.48%,standard deviation(RSD) values were between 2.5% and 5.0%.These results indicated that the method had high recoverity,low variation of RSD and effective and accurate to detect of PAEs in cow organsThe contents of dibutyl phthalate(DnBP) and Butyl benzyl Phthalate(BBP)were relatively high in the cow organs samples.It concluded that pollutants from the outside environment,through various channels into the animal body,was easy to accumulate in the metabolism occurring heart,liver,spleen,lungs and other organs.In order to improve the quality of food hygiene and avoid eating those PAEs substances in the body caused by chronic accumulation of the potential hazard on health,it is recommended that people do not often eat these animal offal food products exposed to environmental hormone-contaminated.
