3种景天植物低温适应性的研究

摘　　要：以胭脂红景天(Sedum spurium‘Coccineum’)、松塔景天(S.reflexum)和六棱景天(S.sexsangular)为试验材料,对其在北京露地越冬过程中叶片的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、相对含水量、束缚水含量等指标进行测定分析,并利用隶属函数法对其抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:露地越冬过程中,胭脂红景天、松塔景天及六棱景天的综合评价值分别为0.250,0.999,0.508。3种景天抗寒性强弱依次为松塔景天>六棱景天>胭脂红景天。Three species on Sedum,which were sedum.spurium Coccineum＇,S.reflexum and S.sexangular,were used as experimental materials.The membrane permeability and MDA content,relative water content,bound water content and other index of three Sedum species when they grew in the open field in the winter in Beijing were measured.At the same time,the cold hardiness by the value of comprehensive evaluation was evaluated.The results showed that during the winter,the values of comprehensive evaluation of S.spurium Coccineum＇,S.reflexum and S.sexangular were 0.250,0.999 and 0.508,respectively.The order of their cold tolerance was S.reflexum S.sexangular. S.spurium Coccineum＇.
