论高校图书馆读者公德素养的培育

摘　　要：读者公德素养培育是高校图书馆读者教育的重要组成部分.对比当前图书馆发展与读者公德素养现状得出,读者公德素养培育有其紧迫性和长期性。读者公德素养培育既要满足时代发展的要求,也要满足个人发展的要求,只有克服其培育内容的单一化,注重读者"礼"、"爱"、"责"、"诚"几种品质的培养,利用教育引导、榜样示范与制度约束相结合的方式,才能取得比较理想的效果。The reader social ethics training is an important part of readers＇ education in a college library.Comparing library＇s development with current status of the morality readers,we find that readers＇ ethics training has its pressing and the long-term characteristic.It is necessary to the requirements of both the personal development and the development of the times.It can not only overcome the simplification of the training content but also pays great attention to the raising the quality of the reader＇s ritual,love,responsibility and honesty.Only by using the education and guidance,the example demonstration and a combination of institution are we able to achieve ideal results.
