牙痛宁丸镇痛抗炎药理作用研究

摘　　要：对牙痛宁丸镇痛与抗炎的药理作用进行观察。其结果：牙痛宁1．6g／kg对小鼠醋酸扭体、热板致痛有明显缓解作用，其扭体抑制率为70．3％，痛阈提高一倍；0．8、1．6g／kg均能明显抑制小鼠耳壳、大鼠足跖炎症及小鼠腹膜通透性；1．6、3．2g／kg对小鼠牙龈持续性炎症有抑制作用，可显著改善小鼠摄料量。提示牙痛宁丸具有较强的镇痛与抗炎活性。The study observed analgesic and antiinflammatory effects of Ya Tong - Ning pill. The results show that the dose of 1. 6g/kg of Ya Tong - Ning pill has significant analgesic ethets on the symptoms of acetic acid - induced writhing and hot plate - induced pain in mice. The inhibition ratio was 70. 3% and the pain threshold was increased by one times. The doses of 0. 8, 1. 6g/kg both significanily inhibited the in flammations on the mice's ears, vascular permeability of abdomen in mice and the carrageenin-induced hind - paw edema in rats as well.The doses of 1. 6g, 3. 2g/kg both exhibited a obviously increase of intake forage on continued inflammation in mice's gum. It suggests that Ya Tong - Ning pill has significant effects on analgesia and antiinflammation.
