摘　　要：采用母粒添加方式,在纺丝过程添加一定比例的冰凉母粒熔融共混纺丝,按照十字异形截面细旦纤维结构设计喷丝板,控制好纺丝及其假捻变形工艺,可以生产出具有良好的凉爽效果和一定抗紫外和抗静电效果的细旦异形涤纶冰凉纤维。By using the master batch addition method,adding a certain proportion cold master batch in the spinning process to melt blend spinning,designing the spinneret according to the cross special-shaped section fine denier fiber structure,well controling the spinning and false-twist texturing process,the fine denier profiled PET cold fiber with good cool effects and certain anti-ultraviolet and anti-static effect can be produced.
