摘　　要：从生产实际出发,对酯化循环、工艺温度、反应液位、浆料密度、负荷变化、PTA品质等影响PET熔体中端羧基值的因素进行了系统分析和论述,并找出了PET熔体中端羧基值的预判方法和稳定控制的关键措施。Proceed from the production actual condition,the influence factors of carboxyl end group value of PET melt such as esterification circulation,process temperature,reaction liquid level,slurry density,change of load,PTA quality were analysed and discussed systematically.The prejudging methods of carboxyl end group value of PET melt and the stability control key measures were found out.
