摘　　要：探讨了纺丝工艺条件对原丝品质的影响。结果表明:2 400孔喷丝板,黏度0.642 dL/g,纺丝温度为284℃,主风道压力820 Pa,纺丝速度1 530 m/m in,生产的1.33 dtex超有光涤纶短纤维原丝品质稳定,断裂伸长率和断裂强度的不匀率小于10%。The effects of the spinning process conditions on the grey yarn quality were studied.The results showed that by selecting the 2 400 holes spinneret,controlling the viscosity at 0.642 dL/g,the spinning temperature 284 ℃,main air duct pressure 820 Pa,spinning speed 1 530 m/min,the produced 1.33 dtex super bright PET staple grey yarn quality is stable,the unevenness of elongation at break and breaking strength are less than 10%.
