摘  要:25和50ppm的苯可使小鼠的脾脏和胸腺重量明显降低;外周血T淋巴细胞数明显减少;迟发型变态反应受到抑制;小鼠足垫肿胀部位单核细胞浸润明显少于对照组。15ppm苯即可引起T淋巴细胞数下降。提示苯是一种免疫抑制剂。A series of immune functions were studied in female Kongming mice foliowing a 14-day( 3hr/ day ) inhalation exposure of 6ppm, 15ppm, 25Ppm or 50PPm of benzene. Examined immune para meters included weight of lymPhoid organs ( spleen and thymus ) , the Percentage of T lymphocyte in Peripheral blood, delayed type hypersensitivity to bovine serum albumin. These Parameters were changed when mice were exposed to 25PPm or50Oppm of benzene. The Percentage of T lymphocyte in Peripheral blood was decreased in mice foliowing 14 days exposure of 15ppm of benzene, The results indicate that benzene is an immunosuppremant.
