摘  要:为优化利用十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMAB)作为有机改性剂制备凝胶型有机膨润土的制备工艺,在单因素实验基础上,选择nCTMAB︰nCEC比值、反应时间、反应温度为自变量,膨润土凝胶粘度作为响应值,采用中心组合设计的方法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对凝胶型有机膨润土制备的影响。采用响应面分析软件,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定凝胶型有机膨润土制备的最佳工艺条件为:nCTMAB︰nCEC比值为1.07︰1、反应时间为2.65 h、反应温度为78.5℃;在此工艺条件下,制备的膨润土有机凝胶的粘度可达3562 MPa.S。To optimize the preparation technology conditions of bentonite organic mineral gel by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) as organic modifier,on the base of single-factor experiment,ratio of nCTMAB with nCEC,reaction time and reaction temperature were studied with the central composite design and their interactions on the viscosity of preparation of bentonite gel were also investigated.The predictive polynomial quadratic equations model was developed by response surface methodology(RSM) software.The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows: ratio of nCTMAB with nCEC 1.07︰1,reaction time was 2.65 h and reaction temperature was 78.5 ℃;under the optimal conditions,the preparation of organic bentonite gel viscosity reached 3562 MPa?S.
