摘　　要：文章以椭圆形封头为例,围绕压力容器封头工艺减薄问题,对比GB150《钢制压力容器》和JB/T4746《钢制压力容器用封头》两个标准的相应条款,并结合实际生产过程中可能会出现的相关问题进行分析,提出在设计时考虑封头减薄的必要性及如何进行合理的设计,以消除工艺减薄可能会带来的不利影响。Based on the elliptical head,around steel pressure vessel process reduction,contrast GB150 ＂steel pressure vessel＂ and JB/T4746-2002 ＂steel pressure vessel head＂ two standard with the relevant provision,and actual production process related problems may arise,the paper analyzed the necessity of considering head reduction in design and how to reasonable design,then eliminating the adverse impact by process reduction.
